The Cuff Mitt 3 is the answer! The Cordura 1000 cover has been designed to cover the prisonerīs hands to prevent picking of handcuffs, scratching of officers, tampering with the transport vehicle, reaching for weapons or other such acts.
The Cuff Mitt 3 has the following features:
1. The wrist of the cuff is has a "long reach" extension for larger prisoners, and has an additional extra-wide wrap around velcro strap for additional peace of mind.
2. A "grab handle" is provided for better control of the prisoner.
3. A clear plastic wallet is provided to hold prisoner details.
The Cuff Mitt also protects the hands so that gun residue or other substances stay on the prisonerīs hand.
